License Agreement
AutolinePro Garage and Spare Parts Management System - License Agreement
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This license agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and JM Autoline for the software product identified above.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
This license grants you the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use one copy of the software on a single domain. You may not use the software on more than one domain without purchasing additional licenses.
2. COPYRIGHT
The software is owned by AutolinePro Garage and Spare Parts Management and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may not remove or alter any copyright notices on any copies of the software.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, assign, pledge, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the software, in whole or in part, on a temporary or permanent basis without prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
4. WARRANTY
The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Autolinepro disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
5. SUPPORT
Support is provided according to the package purchased. Basic support includes email support. Premium support includes phone and priority email support.
6. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are provided only if the software is found to be defective and cannot be fixed within 30 days of purchase.
